I have a scarlet battle spear WA(151+19)(additional 19WA), 10slot ,unhammered/unflammed and it's clean but when i wanted to use the "Amazing Dual-Handed Weapon Attack Order 100%" scroll(from the recent hot-time) it does not seem to work and in the chat box it keep saying" You cannot use that item on this equipment YET".However i was able to use a additional potential scroll on it(blue scroll).Am i the only one who is facing this bug/problem?
And what does they mean "YET"
