First out of all, you need a perm hyper tele rock from cash shop for 60k. If not you will have a very very very hard time, trust me.
Once you reached this new town for lvl 220, you will be teleported to the main town. The main town is located in the middle of the map. Saw that? The big round icon.

First, you need to do all the quests in the main town, it will ask you to kill all the monsters spread-ed across "1" as shown above. There are a lot of quests here.
Then you will be asked to go to town '2' as shown above on the left side of the map. There are a lot of NPCs here as well. Complete all the quests here, it will ask you to kill all the monsters spread-ed across at '2'.
Then you back to main town again to do some quests, then it will ask you to go to the right of the map at '3' to complete all the quests. At town '3', there are a lot of quests to be completed as well. All the quests will ask you to kill monsters.
Anyway, after town 3, you will be back to the main town again to complete the quest leads to the clock tower above. Complete all the quests again, that leads to the tower. And at the tower, you are able to kill lucid.
You need certain arcane force and also lvl 220 to kill lucid. Anyway, it is a headache doing all the quests you better prepare a perm hyper tele rock in hand.
