Amount of hackers has been increasing again..

Looks like the anti-bot/vac system isn't responding well..

Now they would just come to the map(active legit players are in that map), and vac mobs and bot. And we aren't allowed to hit any of the mobs.

I thought mapleIDs or AS passport accounts are to be verified with a copy of coloured Identification Card(NRIC)?
So what's with those malicious accounts that they use to hack?

I think its time to have some database cleaning up of malicious accounts, so that legit players will have an enjoyable game experience.

Just for fun: Reporter crystanoid hereby reports to you about what had happened for the race against time event in Cassiopeia World today.

Before the start of the news report, I would like to thank Maple Story for organising such a fun event. I’m sure the winners will be very happy to receive their 60% chaos scroll but I hope game master can make them even more happy by giving the winners a TRADABLE 60% chaos scroll.

Race against time event reports:

Today at 4pm sharp in Cassiopeia World is the start of the race against time event. Upon the announcement of the start of the event by telling maplers to gather 200 octopus legs, 200 orange mushroom caps & 200 tree branches, maplers from all over maple world took aeroplane or ship to rush to Victoria Island to gather the required items. For the event to be held around Victoria Island was not a surprise, as the mob level are low so that most maplers can take part in this event.

Every channel was filled with maplers hunting for the required items and even if it is a lvl200 character, it is not an easy task and some how impossible to be able to hunt all the required items at such a short time of 30minutes. The title already suggest that it is a race against time event. The event required the use of a strategy to be able to win the 60% chaos scroll.

After 30minutes had passed and the announcement of the mystery GM character location was made, all the participants rush to the location to find the mystery GM. As the mystery GM was like a normal maple player, thus it is not so easy to identify the mystery GM but thank god, a hint about the mystery GM was given. A lot of participants was trying to trade the mystery GM to show him the required items so most participants had a hard time here as there will only be 10 winners. For the trading with mystery GM part, I can only say that the 10 winners are with luck to have traded with mystery GM successfully and wins the event.

This event ends at 4.45pm. The total time taken for this event was 45minutes and 15minutes into the announcement of the mystery GM, there are already 10 winners in Cassiopeia World. Therefore, a very successful event.

Green = Safe (never a/b)Yellow = Moderate (a/b around 3-4 mins)Orange = Safe if used correctly. Can be very dangerous (1 min to insta-a/b)Red = Dangerous (insta-a/b)
MMC - this hack is one of the fastest ways to get to high levels. It makes the mobs go to the closest they can to the point you set. In BattleMS ( a hack) there is a get location box that automatically puts the cordinates into the MMC boxes. When you tick it, flying mobs all crowd in in that point and all non-flying mobs run to the point, the mobs cant get off their platform. No need to CC

Spawn Control (SP control) - this is a very useful hack. When you change channels, the area you put in the boxes is the place you will spawn at. So, lets say all the mobs are on the bottom platform but when you change channels you spawn at the top platform making you unable to bot there. So, you go to the place you want to spawn, press the get location and then tick the SP control and now when you change channels you will spawn in the spot you want. No need to CC

Auto change channels (Auto CC) - Another very useful hack. This hack automatically CC's when attack a certain number, when someone else is in the map, and when you set it to CC. This is used for an Unlimited att. As some of you may know, Nexon won't let you hold on the att button forever. You will eventually stop atting ( you can only att 100 99 times before you stop). So when you set Auto CC you can continue atting. Also when someone else is in the map, they might see you hacking. So then they report you and get you banned.

Block damage (Packet Godmode) - This is an alternative to Godmodes. It seems like you get hit but it doesnt take damage to your HP.No need to CC

No Knock back (No K - When you get hit, you will get knocked back. and sometimes people when this happens they get out of their hackings spot. This keeps them from getting out of it. This works on the mobs too. When you attack mobs, they get knocked back when you attack them. Ticking No Mob KB will make it so that the mobs don't get knocked back when you attack them. Untick this when you are using flash jump and dashes. Those skills use knockback to make you move fasterNo Need to CC

Instant Drop - when mobs drop things you dont see it go up then back down. It just immediately hits the ground. D/C's fastCC within 5 drops

Unlimited Attack (UA) - An unlimited attack. Makes you attack without stopping. CSEAX UA doesnt a/b, Move UA doesnt a/b. Every other UA a/b

CSEAX UA - Save UA. Teleports you back and forth in such a small area it isnt even noticeable. Although, it is enough to legitly reset your Attack CountNo Need to CC

No Breath - Makes you don't have to catch your breath. So you can CC and put equips on without catching your breath.No Need to CC

Auto Attack - Automatically attacks for youNo Need to CC

Auto HP/MP - Automatically heals when your HP/MP gets to the point you put. Like in the box next to it, you put the value you want it to heal. If it goes under the value you put, it automatically heals. Default Keys are: Page Up - HpPage Down - MpNo Need to CC

Auto Loot - Spams loot button. Default Key - Z/0No Need to CC

Item filter - When you use autoloot, theres probably some items you don't want to loot. So you got to Mapletip.com and search the item you don't want to loot. Then click on the on the item. Then look up in the address and you should see in the link the last 7 numbers. Copy them and paste them in the item filter box and press add. The link should look like this:

Godmode - this hack makes you non attackable. Well depends on the godmode. 7 mis-godmode makes you so that when you get hit at they mob misses 7 times and then it hits you. Then it misses you 7 more times then hits you. Blink godmode makes you so that when you get hit, you blink making you invisible. You will stay blinking for bout 1 min. Then when you stop blinking, they can hit you again. CC within 3 mins for 7 miss or blink godmode

Full Godemode - No mobs can attack you. You will never get hit. This godemode is now ban free

Mob lag (Freeze Mobs) - when you lag or your internet turns off, you'll notice that the mobs are just walking but staying in the same place. then you d/c right? Well with the mob lag, you don't d/c and you can kill the mobs as they're in the 1 spot.CC within 3 mins

Map Speed - Makes everything in the map move faster. Useful for MMC. Dont move. Stay in one spot. (now patched)CC within 1 min.

Force/Push vac (Fvac or Pvac) - makes nonflying mobs go in the direction you want. Like Left Pvac/Fvac makes the mobs go in the left. (now patchedThis a/b's instantly

Tubi/Super Tubi - Makes you loot a whole lot faster

Mouse fly - Makes your Character go where your mouse is in the maplestory window. Don't loot or attack or else you will a/b. This is really good for traveling. CC within 3 mins if you are still flying. CC when your done

DupeX - Vacs jumping mobs. Jumping mobs will just stand there as if they are lagging then get sucked around you. Usually on the left side. CC within 60 secs or you will A/B for 1 day. (now patched)

Kami - Teleports you to a monster from a certain distance. You will be floating in the air following the mob from every step. Once you kill the mob, you will be instantly teleported to a new one. Getting hit while in Kami will result in 30 day A/B ( I suggest using full godmode) (now patched except for Battle Mages)CC within 3 mins.

Kami Loot - Same as kami just about but you will be teleporting to items. The box next to kami loot is to see how many items should be in the map before it starts to loot. (now patched except for Battle MagesCC within 30 seconds

Instant Air Loot - When an item drops, you can loot it in the air. Catching it in the air.No need to CC

Wall Vac - Sends mobs to one certain location. Kind of like DupeX but deals with all monsters jumping, non-jumping, and flying.CC within 7 seconds ( it will still A/b even if you CC)

Spawn Vac - Sends all mobs within an infinite X range but a limited Y range to a single coordinate for non-jumping and flying mobs but will vac all jumping or flying mobs in the map. If fallen off platform, you will a/b. Suggested keep on a larger platform. Not a smaller platform.CC within 3 minutes

Physical Godmode - Type of godmode that acts like full godmode but only does it against physical touching. Sort of like an infinite dark site.No Need to CC

Power Guard (PG) - Old skill hack brought back. Uses the Dual Blade's tornado spin, the Mage's Teleport Mastery, Mechanic's Magnetic Fields and a few other skills to attack at an incredibly high speed. Insta-kills many monsters. Kills VLC monsters in around 5-10 sec. Cause's D/c alot and sometimes even A/b.CC within 2 mins

Pet Familiar PG - A WZ based mod that allows the new familiar feature to attack at an incredibly high speed. Faster than regular PG. Insta-kill for even VLC. But you must be out of breath. (now patched)No Need to CC

FMA - Full map attack. Attacks the entire map as if they were all in front of you. Can be only with certain skills.CC within 60 secs

FMPG - Full map power guard. Uses a hidden kami to fly around PG'ing everything in the map. CC within 60 secs

Gravity Vac - Vacs jumping mobs like mmc but since jumping mobs can go down and can't jump it its better to use it at the lowest platform. Will pull all the jumping mobs to the ground. A little unstable because the X coordinate range is fairly large.No need to CC but its still suggested you do.

Auto Revive - Will revive you if you die. Although you will still lose exp.No need to CC
Generic No Delay (GND) - Certain skills can attack without a delay. You can even attack every 1 ms! No need to CC
Stack Focus Hack (SFA) - Used for skills that can hit multiple mobs. It focuses all possible mob hits onto one. So if you can hit 8 monsters at once, than you can hit one monster 8 times with that move with per skill. No need to CC
Fusion Hack - You can put any skill on a hotkey to tick it at any time. Used with Kaiser and Aran so you don't have to press multiple keys to use a combo move. No need to CC

Well, now that you're starting to read my guide and wondering what imps are, I will explain them to you.

Imps are little creatures that you feed equipment and monster drops to help them grow. Once they are fully grown, they will give you a reward.

Types of Item Pots

Gemstone Imp

Orange Imp


Finding Imps

Imps are found as monster drops. They are semi-rare. They can also be found by harvesting herbs or mining.

Activating Imps

Once you pick up an imp, it is in the Use Tab. To activate the imp double click the imp.

Feeding your Imp

To feed it, open up the item pot tab (default key [Y]) and drag equipment or monster items to the imp. You can only feed your imps by feeding it equipment or monster drops around your level. The item cannot be given as food if you are a much higher level than the previously stated item. The imp has a fullness bar.



Once the fullness bar is full, the imp will go to sleep for 21 hours.



Leveling up your Imp

The only way to level up your imp is to feed it equipment. The level bar is the bar on top of the closeness bar



Note the fullness bar will go up even more if you feed it equipment with potential. Hint Hint

Closeness
Closeness increases every time you feed your imp. There is a delay that makes you have to wait 10 minutes for your closeness to increase. The maximum level for closeness is 100.

Max Level

This would take around 7-8 days if you did not use any special items (Look near the bottom). Once your imp reached max level, double click it and you would receive an item in your use tab. Double click that and there is your reward for your item draining creature. 
Your imp would become one of these when it is max level, depending on its closeness.

OK! Thanks to all the info the has been submitted by you guys!!!!! I shall conclude that rewards are based upon 2 main factors. basically your char level and the closeness!

The level of your char determines the tier of your reward. there are three tiers!

level 1-69: Tasty or Shiny(unconfirmed pls anyone?)
level 70-119: Fresh or Fancy
level 120-200: Sweet or brightest!

As such it is generally better to use a higher level char to raise imps sans better rewards!

Closeness!

A higher closeness will determine the rank upon the tier, for example sweet, very sweet and sweetest.

Personal experimentation has showed that 100 closeness yields the top rank reward whilst 0 closeness yields the lowest rank. 

My experience has also showed that 50 closeness yields mid tier reward. however lack of info thus i am inconclusive about this.

Triangular Rice Ball

This is placed to the right of your imp and it will feed it 12 times if your imp is hungry.

Triangular Rice Ball: To be completely honest, I JUST figured out what these do yesterday. Two days ago, I ran out of pounding hearts for my imp, and I randomly found a rice ball, so I just put it in the pot until I got another pounding heart for teh lulz. And it turns out, I am SO LUCKY I decided to do that. My imp was level 5, and yesterday, I didn't sign on to Maple until 10:30 at night. That's when I realized my now level 6 imp woke up at around 6 that afternoon. I was like "NUUUUU ALL THAT LEVELING FOR NOTHINGGGGG. D:" But when I signed on, to my surprise, the previously useless triangular rice ball turned out to be an imp saver. Apparently, the triangular rice ball does not feed your imp 12 times instead of you giving it items. This rice ball saves your imp when its fullness depletes. It said something along the lines of "Your imp has been fed by triangular rice ball. Emergency food left: 11." So I guess when fullness depletes, it takes up one of the 12 meals a rice ball has. So if you have no items to place, just put one of these just in case you can't sign on for some reason by the time your imp wakes up, and it'll save it. Pretty nifty, I must say.

Pounding Heart

This is placed to the right of your imp and it will give it closeness when you feed it 10 times.
Pounding Hearts: THESE ARE SUPER IMPORTANT. GET THEM. This gives up to 10 closeness to your imp. You place it in the item pot next to your imp, and you feed your imp, and every time you feed it, for 10 items, your imp's closeness will increase by ten. This is how you get your imp's closeness to 100 already at an early level of 3 or 4. Just put a pounding heart, and feed it etc items until the heart goes away, so that the fullness does not max, but your closeness jumps up by 10. With enough pounding hearts, your closeness will be maxed in no time. Once again, super important item.

JukeBox

(This is good if you are going out somewhere and cannot feed it.)
Note that it will only be able to work if your imp is already asleep
Jukebox: Meh. I never pick these up. I see only one use for them. These items will put your sleeping imp to sleep for 3 more days. The only use for this is if you're going on a short, weekend vacation with your family, and won't be on to feed your imp, so you need it to sleep. Other than that, you WANT your imp to wake up, so that it levels! Don't use these unless you aren't signing on for quite some time!

Alarm Clock

This is placed to the left of your imp and it will wake your imp up after 30 minutes.
Note that your imp would be the next level, so this is very useful.
You can only use one of these per day.
Alarm clocks: Probably the BEST, but RAREST items for your item pots. I always ask randomly if anyone has any of these. Some people will give them to you not knowing that they are freaking great for imp raising. These alarm clocks wake your imp up in half an hour, instead of nearly a full day. Waking up in half an hour= extremely fast imp growing. Some people think "Wow. Leveling in half an hour? No way! It has to sleep the full thing to level when it wakes up." Wrong. EVERY TIME YOUR IMP WAKES UP, it gains a level. No matter the circumstances. If you have a few of these, it cuts down your imp growing by a day or two. Get these. These are an amazing help and are super important.

Imp Disease Cure

Imp Disease Cure. O_O Yeah. Every once in a while, your imp will get sick. If you open your item pot tab, you'll see a flashing yellow jar of pills next to your sick imp. This means it's time to drop what you're doing, run to the crafting town, talk to Nack the merchant, and buy sickness pills. You have to give your imp these pills by the time its fullness bar drops from being sick. You can't postpone the fullness bar dropping by feeding it while it's sick; it will not eat while sick.

Alternative Methods to gathering food for your imp

1. I. Use the Pounding Heart (Any) and feed it equipment or monster drops until you need to use another one.
II. Keep doing this until it falls asleep.
III. Use the Alarm Clock(Any) to wake it up.
IV. Keep feeding until it falls asleep.
V. Use the another Alarm Clock (The opposite side of step III.)
VI. Feed it until it falls asleep. It has just skipped 2 levels!
Note, this will only work if your imp is in the middle pot. To make your imp in the middle, drag the imp into the middle pot.

2. I. Using accessory crafting, make useless rings. One, it would help you level your accessory crafting. Two, it would give you some items to feed your imps.
II. Buy a fatigue drink. (300,000 mesos or 1,000,000 mesos. It doesn't matter which.)
III. Mine emerald veins and heartstone veins because they give useful items.
P.S i have no idea how method 2 works, it dosen't sound plausible but i will test it out when we get our ardentmil

Guide to how to raise your imps

Imp placement. 
Always place your imps in either the left or right pot. Never in the middle, because that's where you'll be putting support items. You might want to check your inventory and see which items you have the most of; ones that affect the left pot, or ones that affect the right. So if you mostly have items that are for your right item pot, open up your item pot tab, and click and place an imp in the right pot. However, if you're only raising one imp, then go right ahead and place it in the middle. This gives you max possibilities with the many items you find, no matter if it's for the left pot, or the right pot. 

Amount of imps. 
I tend to only raise one imp at a time, seeing that if you have two imps, one in the right pot, one in the left, you can't please both imps with items at the same time. Hence, being patient with my imps and only growing one at a time. This allows the imp grower to focus more on one imp, maximizing the effectiveness of raising that imp, keeping it easily fed, rather than spreading the equips and etc items between two imps, increasing the single imp's fullness much faster. However, you can raise two imps if you want. Just remember, if you're raising two imps, to not place an imp in the middle.

An item pot tab overview. 
The bar next to your imp is their fullness bar. When you give an imp equips or etc drops, this bar will go up a certain amount, depending on the level of equip or etc drop. This is why etc drops were given levels in their descriptions (e.g. Lost Zombie's Tooth: [Lvl. 132] A tooth blah blah blah...) The higher the level of equip or etc drop, the more the fullness will increase. The first bar below your imp is the level, and if you hover over it, it will say something along the lines of: Level 1/8. The bar below the level bar is the closeness bar, and if you hover over that, it will say something along the lines of: Closeness 42/100. And of course, there's the actual imp itself in the middle of the display.

Fullness in-depth. 
Fullness is how you level your imp. Feed the imp, fullness bar goes up. When the fullness bar reaches max, your imp will then fall asleep. However, when the fullness bar reaches zero, and you don't feed the imp enough, the imp will eventually "wither away from hunger," or something like that. The only item that affects fullness is the triangular rice ball. I'll get into that in the items section later. 

Level in-depth. 
The level of your imp is how you know your progress on raising the imp. There are 8 levels, and after level 8, your imp is complete! Congratulations! As I said in the section above, your imp will fall asleep when fullness is maxed. Your imp falls asleep for anywhere between 20 and 22 hours. To know how long your imp will be asleep for, just hover over your snoozing imp in the item pot tab, and it will give you a time in hours and minutes (e.g. something like "Your imp will wake up in 20 hours and 21 minutes.). When your imp wakes up, it gains a level! Just like that! However! When your imp wakes up, its fullness will begin to drop if you do not feed it, which means you need to keep track of when your imp wakes up, so that it doesn't die. Items that affect level due to affecting sleep are the alarm clock and the jukebox. I'll get into that in the items section later.

Closeness in-depth. 
The closeness of your imp is the second priority in raising the imp, after the fullness. You want to make sure your imp has 100/100 closeness when it is finished leveling, giving you a better item afterwards. Getting closeness to 100/100 by level 3 or 4 is extremely easy, which will be explained in a later section. When your imp is fed something, its closeness will increase by 1. However, just regularly feeding it only increases its closeness by 1 once every ten minutes. That's a long time. I'll get into that later. The only item that affects closeness is the pounding heart. I'll get into that in the items section later.

Okay, we've seen many similar questions floating about in the forum so let me make myself very clear regarding "Stacking of Rings

Kindly Click on the name of the ring to get more detailed information regarding each ring~

With regards to Rings, we have 4 Category.

#1 Category: Job Rings
-Old Explorer's Cruel Ring
-Old Explorer's Critical Ring
-Old Explorer's Magical Ring
-Old Resistance Ring // shared within the same account unlimited time
-Old Lilin's Ring // shared within the same account unlimited time
-New Explorer's Cruel Ring[Chaos Patch]// Can only be shared once within same account
-New Explorer's Critical Ring[Chaos Patch]// Can only be shared once within same account
-New Explorer's Magical Ring[Chaos Patch]// Can only be shared once within same account
-New Resistance Lux Ring[Chaos Patch]// Can only be shared once within same account
-New Lilin's Aura Ring[Chaos Patch]// Can only be shared once within same account
-Warrior's Ring[Jump Patch]// Can only be shared once within same account
-Wise Man's Ring[Jump Patch]// Can only be shared once within same account
-Hunter's Ring[Jump Patch]// Can only be shared once within same account
-Explorer's Gratias Ring[Jump Patch]// Can only be shared once within same account

All of the above are considered Job Rings.
You can only equip one of the above at any one of point of time on your character.

-Larson challenger ring (You cannot stack 2 larson challenger rings)

These rings do not have any limitations, you can equip them in the 4 ring slots in whichever manner you like
However, for rings that has "Unique Eq" labeled to it, you can only wear one of them at a time.
E.g Luck VII and Luck VII can't be worned together, but Luck VI and Luck VII can be worn together.

#3 Category: Angelic Blessing rings
-Angelic Blessing Ring
-Dark Angelic Blessing Ring
-White Angelic Blessing(Not out in mapleSea yet

Angelic Blessing rings can't stack with another Angelic blessing ring (Have 2x 2 angels floating beside you is too much of a player man ! /joke)

#4 Category: Others

-Lv1-17 Evolving Ring
This is the only special ring, you can only wear one of the evolving ring on your character, but it can be worn together with the Job ring.
(maplesea only has 1 evolving ring as compared to gms, who has 3)

Possible combinations of ring (Not all)
#1: Evolving Ring + Job ring + "Anything goes" Ring + "Anything goes" Ring
#2: Evolving Ring + "Anything goes" Ring + "Anything goes" Ring + "Anything goes" Ring
#3: "Anything goes" Ring + "Anything goes" Ring + "Anything goes" Ring + "Anything goes" Ring
#4: Job ring + "Anything goes" Ring + "Anything goes" Ring + "Anything goes" Ring

-Removed the "best" ring set up as it can differ greatly in opinion based on funds-
e.g Dark angelic blessing vs lv30 legendary ranked 12% main stats ring

With regards to the DB's Blood Mask and Evan's Dragon Glasses and the KOC's Holy Wing earring, they are not restricted like the rings.

So you can equip
DB's Blood Mask + Evan's Dragon Glasses + KOC's Holy Wing Earring + Evolving Ring Lv17 + Explorer's Critical Ring + Happy Ring(Godly Scroll + Potential) + Happy Ring(Godly Scroll + Potential)

Or swap DB's Blood Mask with Bunny Disguise 3, or swap Evan's Dragon Glasses with SG Glasses also can.

What's your idea of a successful guild?
What's the worse guild experience you ever had?

My own experience as a guild master:
Guild hoppers who asked to join guild on their own and quit quietly in a short time and appear in multiple guilds after disgusts me.Guild
members who asked for $/demand immediate help in something as though i owe them a living(normally this kind quit on their own after failing to get what they want even without expulsion)
Like guild members who chat and put training aside for guild events sometimes.

Experience as a guild member:
Do not like guilds that expect members to chiong how many levels in x amount of time.
Asks about attack range>if range is high>add to guild.
Randomly add>find not what they want>expel>randomly add another one.

Longest hours played at one go for me: 11.

Last week, a massive private data breach struck Nexon’s extremely popular massively multiplayer online game, MapleStory that affected nearly three quarters of the 18 million players. According to the MMO publisher, much of the sensitive stolen information had been encrypted; however, as a matter of course, the company is suggesting that users change their passwords anyway.

After discovering on Thursday that the breach had happened, Nexon was quick to placate global users fears that their data might have been struck. The Korea Herald brings us details on this story,

“We operate separate servers in each country,” said a Nexon spokesman. “Only Korean users’ information was affected.”

Of the data stolen, millions of users suffered the breach of their IDs, player names, passwords, and residential registration numbers.

Resident registration numbers are more or less an equivalent to social security numbers in the United States. These numbers are used by the government of Korea to enforce curfews on underage gamers in MMOs by restricting the times that they can play, according to an April 2010 article in the Korea Herald. Underage gamers are asked by the Ministry of Culture to opt for a six-hour blackout period during every day and given three options: midnight-6 a.m., 1-7 a.m., and 2-8 a.m.

The hack has been reported by Nexon to the Korea Communications Commission, the ruling body regulating telecommunications, on Friday and requested a police investigation.

According to the Herald, this comes weeks before a planned IPO by the company’s Japanese affiliate. The MMO publisher is rumored to be seeking $1.3 billion in its initial public offering in Tokyo on Dec. 6.

This marks yet-another-breach of an online game for Korea, with the last being the attack on Korean social game Cyworld blamed on Chinese hackers. That breach led to the leak of the records of 35 million players.

As more and more users go to the Internet for entertainment and seek massively online games, breaches such as happened to Sony’s PlayStation Network, Nexon’s MapleStory, and SK Communications Cyworld will continue to mount in numbers. While media attention for these events runs in spikes, the attacks themselves occur in tides and trends none of which ever recede much.

In this instance, Nexon had encrypted their sensitive information and users should seek to protect themselves by changing passwords across games—and should be security conscious and use different passwords for different games.

Step 1

Download CCleaner. You can download it

Here 

STEP 2

Uninstall your useless programs! Cmon now, everyone has old programs or trials that they don't need anymore. If you don't use them, delete them! If it doesn't let you uninstall a program, use CCleaner to uninstall it!

STEP 3

Go to Start>My Computer>Properties>Advanced>Performance>Settings. Choose the Custom option and uncheck every single box except for the last three.

Then go to the Advanced Tab and change your virtual memory. Divide the maximum size by 90%(NOT .9, 90%. Use your built in PC Calculator for help) and round it to the nearest hundred. Your answer will be your Initial Size

For example, my Maximum Size is 4092. When I divide 4092 by 90% I get 3682.8. I then rounded that to 3700. That is now my Initial Size

STEP 4
Go to Start>My Computer>Right Click Local Disk C:>Properties>Tools>Defrag Now... Click Analyze then Defragment

STEP 5
DELETE all your useless files and clean your PC from viruses!!! Disable xfire or any communication system(oovoo, skype, msn). Also, change your in game graphics settings to the lowest(If you are high-tech remove textures carefully). 

STEP 6
When you are in game, go to task manager, processes and terminate explorer.exe. Your icons should be missing but it improves your gameplay. If you want it back, go to task manager>file>new task and open explorer.exe again After you tried all these steps and you are still lagging, get a new Internet Service Provider!.
